Fallujah: future news

Posted by: Hammer / 5:51 PM

Future News: Fallujah, January, 2006
My view from the left Mainstream Media says Views from the right
United States military forces moved into Fallujah again, took relatively heavily casualties again, and declared victory over insurgents. Again.

Residents who survived the assault vowed revenge against the occupying forces. A new wave of insurgent attacks is expected within a matter of weeks.

U.S. Forces retake Fallujah in a mighty display of might

Take your pick: Times, CNN, NPR, but likely all three

U.S. ground forces, following massive air strikes which struck their targets with perfect accuracy and no reportable civilian casualties, moved into Fallujah for the first time in our memory. Their actions virtually guaranteed a decrease in insurgent attacks. The brilliant military manuever is entirely unlike every effort to date and will surely allow peaceful elections to occur smoothly as scheduled. In June.

The military commanders we trust to keep us alive on a daily basis tell us that all is well. It's too dangerous to enter the city without a Bradley fighting vehicle, so we'll take them at their word.

In one voice, the Freepers will say: "It's about time; the ragheads deserved it. I'm so sick of our military fighting with one hand tied behind their back because they are afraid of what some limp-wristed liberal traitor will say!"
