Spanish songs
Think Progress reports that the silliest pseduo-outrage of the year -- singing the National Anthem in Spanish -- is on some pretty shaky ground. America the Beautiful (a far better song, by any measure) was sung in Spanish at Bush's first inaugural. In addition, there are news reports that the National Anthem was sung in Spanish at Bush campaign events in 2000.
Is this stupid issue dead yet?
