I just tried it on IE for Mac and there is NOTHING in the right hand column. When I click on "Comments" it's all there but at the bottom of the page.
IE on my Mac shows the right column at the bottom of every page; not just on comments pages. I also tried IE 6 on WinNT 4 (Citrix terminal server, actually, but essentially NT 4) and on Windows 2000 Server, and got the same crappy results.
On the other hand, it looks good on Mozilla and Firefox on WinXP; Firefox, Safari, and Camino on Mac; and Firefox, Mozilla, and Konqueror on FreeBSD, though the Blogger and Site Meter links are misplaced on the very old (3.0 something?) Konqeror.
This comment is starting to read like a cry for help.

I know next to nothing about CSS, and there's a good chance this is not an appropriate fix, but I found that changing your #MainColumn width to 69% or below helps, at least for IE on Mac. Dunno how that affects anything else in any other browser.

Thanks, both. I'll take this as a good excuse to redesign the site today. I'll even figure out how to accommodate crappy IE. After some research yesterday, I learned quit a bit about IE's float bug, which seems to be the culprit.
That might've helped.
I dropped the Yellow Elephant banner, which wasn't working, anyway. The page looks okay on IE 6/Win2K now.
I'm still thinking about redesigning the site. I'm thinking something more cool & metallic.
