Smile and the world smiles with you
Courtesy of The CP Blotter we learn that Sam's Club fired an employee for not smiling enough. As if there's a lot to smile about working for one of the nation's worst employers. But Molly wasn't unhappy with her job. She couldn't smile because her "face is partially paralyzed from surgery".A spokesperson for Wal-Mart said "I can tell you that Wal-Mart's policy prohibits discrimination of any kind." Which leaves open the question: other than women, racial minorities, and the physically handicapped, is there any one not suing Wal-Mart for discrimination? And, shouldn't someone tell Wal-Mart's spokesperson about that?
