Plateau
The Mystery Pollster brings us up to date on Bush's job approval. I don't know whether Bush's post-Veteran's day bump was a result of anything he did or just a function of regressing to the mean after reaching the lowest possible approval. If Bush's approval stays flat in the low 40s, I don't think the admin spin team gets credit for anything other than showing up for work.
