Why Rush Limbaugh no longer has a TV show

Ever see his infamous on Letterman? Dave let Rush spout off in the first segment, waiting for the blowhard to show perhaps a sign of humanity or self-deprecation. The 2nd segment began with Dave saying "So basically Rush, you're just a big bag of hot air." And then the surgery began. Rush has never appeared on a network talk show since.
