The latest poll of the Minnesota governor's race has Mike Hatch at 45, Tim Pawlenty at 39, and Peter Hutchinson at 9. I still think Pawlenty wins the election, because I fear hope.
If Hatch does win, I think it's a combination of Pawlenty's fee increases, property tax increases due to cuts in LGA, and the schizophrenic nature of Pawlenty's campaign.
But, I still think Pawlenty wins in spite of those failures, largely because the economy isn't bad enough and Pawlenty isn't responsible for Bush's foreign policy debacles.
