Red state plates
I just wonder what the extra fee goes to.

Kinda off-topic, but I was just in Utah and was struck by some of the license plates. They say "Utah!"
How exciting it must be to live there!

More exciting than Oklahoma used to be, at least when their old plates read "Oklahoma is OK." I've only driven thru the place but I think even "OK" might be overselling it.
