Still, the most disturbing exchange came from Sen. Biden:
"We're looking for candor, old buddy. I love you, but you're not very candid so far."
How clubby is D.C. when a Democratic senator from Delaware can profess his old-buddy love for a Texas Republican on the floor of the Senate?
