The taste of bile

Posted by: Hammer / 12:13 PM

Oh, that liberal Strib. I mistakenly read this without an Autumnal Fire at hand to wash the taste of bile from my mouth:

The center gave early support and exposure to "Power Line" superbloggers John Hinderaker and Scott Johnson, whose criticism of a CBS report on George W. Bush's military record led to a major embarrassment for CBS and now retired anchorman Dan Rather. Their site was named Blog of the Year by Time magazine in 2004.

I had the joy of getting a phone call from the Strib the other day, begging me to subscribe. I joyfully accused them of being a right-wing propaganda machine. I don't like to torture telemarketers...until they get obnoxious...then it's open season.

Autumnal Fire...you're not supposed to be tapping that until late September. Get a bottle of Capital's Fest dammit

Yeah, the AF might be a year old...still, with so much alcohol it is holding up well.

I finally made the trip to Blue Max, which I found to be better than Cellar's. Both are good, but I was promised Abby Normal (Viking) from the good folks at Blue Max liquors.
