A well deserved award
I am pleased to see that Nicholas Kristof has won a Pulitzer for his reporting on the genocide Sudan. We seem to forever be saying "never again" yet we let this sort of thing happen time after time. Kristof has done more that anyone else in the media to try to make us live up to our recurring promises and I'm sure he would trade the award in an instant if he could exchange it for real government action. 3WN has excerpted his Sudan reporting in the past and you can read those posts here and here. Unfortunately the columns themselves are only available online to NYT subscribers.
