Phone jamming terrorists
The DHS sent this memo warning businesses about animal rights extremists and eco-terrorists. One warning is that these extremist groups will seek to tie up a company's phone lines to disrupt its business.
Who would engage in such behavior? For starters, the New Hampshire Republican party.
