Tony Snow
Tony Snow is leaving Fox to be the next White House press secretary. Think Progress has two pages of Snow on the issues and Snow on Bush.
I don't think I'm alone in having a big shrug at this. Sure, it's kinda funny that a Fox flack goes straight to the White House. In the end, though, these are elite media jobs. If Dee Dee Myers and George Stephanopolous can join the punditocracy, why can't pundits join the administration?

Did anyone see Countdown with Olbermann last night? They had footage from Tony Snow's rock band: he was playing the FLUTE! Like Jethro Tull. Not related to his abilities as a press secretary, but still pretty funny.

I didn't see it, but I'd guess it was more like Men At Work than Jethro Tull.
