Thank you President Ford
My friend Newmy has just pointed out that in all tributes to the late President Ford there is plenty of talk about the Nixon pardon, the end of the Vietnam war and the WIN effort, but not one single commentator has mentioned perhaps his most successful and most reviled (at least by certain power plant operators) program: the infamous Project Bootstrap. 3WN is happy to be the first to do so.
