I know I am, but one new level of outrage has recently sunk in. I've seen it alluded to a couple times but never really spelled out: by having his sentence commuted but not being pardoned he retains his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination. Had he been pardoned he could be forced to testify either before congress or at one of the civil trials currently underway. As it stands now anyone trying to get at the truth about wrong doing by the white house will continue to run into a brick wall with Scooter. These guys may be completely incompetent at anything that involves actually running the country but they are evil geniuses when it comes to keeping their asses out of trouble.
