Wait a second! Why does South Dakota get a better crappy Republican Senator than we do?

Our boy has flipped on Bolton once. Key quote from last month: "[W]hat we need today I think at the U.N. is somebody who is reform-minded, somebody who isn‘t afraid to ruffle a few feathers."
I'm sure he'll arrange to flop back should Ellsworth Airforce Base somehow drop off the base closing list.
