Students heckle political leader!

Captain Ed is shocked and appalled that students would heckle Schwarzenegger at a non-political event like a college graduation: "The Left has no sense of proportion, especially in California, where they have behaved like the spoiled children most of them are for many years now."

Then: December 6, 2004

Captain Ed is delighted that students would heckle Iranian president Khatami at Tehran University: "[S]tudents have lost all patience with those who promise reforms but deliver nothing but oppression."

Of course, the people of California enjoy far more freedom than the people of Iran. It takes far more courage to protest in Tehran than Santa Monica, but that's not really Captain Ed's point. His only point is that the American left is always wrong, no matter what they do and how they do it.
