"Lord, I am so tired. How long can this go on?"

Posted by: Jambo / 12:05 AM

Two more dead miners in West Virginia, this time after being trapped by a fire that started on a conveyor belt.
In July 2002, the federal Mine Safety and Health Administration withdrew a proposal that would have required conveyor belts to be made with fire-resistant materials.
Hmm, I wonder why the agency would do something like that? It seems that if your first concern is the health of miners and the safety of the mines they work in that would be a no brainer. Well, in any case, it's a good thing the people of West Virginia didn't vote for that Gore fella back in 2000. He was an environmentalist, you know.

And he wanted to take their guns away.

Is it just me, or are there too many people who think that then 2nd amendment matters but the 4th is irrelevant?
