WCCO's budget is, literally, infinitely larger than the combined resources here at Three Way News. So how'd we get to be 6 days faster?May 13 Three Way News fact checks the latest Republican television ad. Our conclusion? "[T]he GOP ads are false. If the tax increase passes, Minnesota will not be the highest taxed state."
May 19 WCCO reality checks the same ad. Their conclusion? "It would NOT make Minnesota the highest taxed state in the nation. ...Overall, Minnesota would remain a high tax state, but not the highest tax state."
I want to be supportive of the progressive Minnesota blogs, like MN Publius and Minnesota Republican Watch, but it's harder some days than others.
